The Marketing subcommittee is responsible for building awareness and publicity for all events through traditional and innovate forms of media (i.e. social media, print publications, radio, TV, etc.). This subcommittee is the driving force of ticket sales for all events and will work closely with the events team and co-chairs to create excitement about our events.

The Events subcommittee is responsible for the planning of fundraisers and activities that raise money for operating costs while building awareness and excitement about our events. Members of this team should be outgoing and possess the ability to generate enthusiasm for unique and creative events.

The Sponsorship subcommittee is responsible for procuring corporate sponsorships by reaching out to past contacts as well as developing new relationships with potential sponsors. They are the owner of the sponsor packet which outlines levels of corporate sponsorship. They will maintain a master listing of all outreach performed, contacts and levels of commitment.

The Family Relations subcommittee is responsible for the annual family relation award and the Kayla Nakonechni Knight Award.

The Technology subcommittee is responsible for any IT needs for all events leading up to and including the Liberty Ball. This includes web-development, application development, tablet distribution and electronic payment processing.

The Silent Auction & Raffle subcommittee is responsible for proactively soliciting items from area businesses for auctions and raffles that occur throughout the year. This team keeps account and organizes all items received. Members of this team would benefit from great networking and sales skills to aid in soliciting businesses to donate.
